TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (UNITED KINGDOM)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) apply exclusively to sales made to consumers in the United Kingdom via the website https://weeplow.com (the “Site”).
1. General Information
1.1 Purpose and Scope
These Terms govern all orders placed by individual consumers acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession (the “Customer”) through the Site.

AEC Enterprises, LLC trades under the brand name WEEPLOW (the “Seller”).
These Terms are drafted in English. Any translated version is provided for convenience only. In the event of inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
The Site is intended exclusively for consumer use. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract, and are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Availability and Amendments
These Terms are available on the Site at all times.
Before placing an order, the Customer must confirm acceptance of these Terms by ticking the relevant checkbox. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the Terms in force at the time of purchase.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments do not apply retroactively.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
3. Products and Reviews
3.1 Product Information
Each product offered for sale (the “Products”) is accompanied by a description setting out its essential characteristics.
The Seller makes reasonable efforts to display Products accurately. However, images are illustrative only and may vary depending on screen settings. Product photographs do not form part of the contract.
3.2 Customer Reviews
Customer reviews displayed on the Site are collected and managed by an independent third party, Judge.me Ltd (https://judge.me/).
Judge.me is solely responsible for review collection, moderation, and authenticity checks. The Seller is authorised to display such reviews but assumes no responsibility for their content.
4. Ordering Process
To place an order, the Customer selects Products and adds them to the basket. The Customer may review, modify, or remove Products before proceeding to checkout.
During checkout, the Customer must provide accurate personal and delivery information. The Seller is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect details supplied by the Customer.
Before final confirmation, the Customer may review the total price and correct errors. Once confirmed, the order becomes binding.
Order confirmation and payment receipt will be sent by email.
Orders are subject to product availability. If a Product is unavailable, the Seller will inform the Customer and issue a full refund using the original payment method.
5. Delivery
Delivery options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Delivery times are indicative only. If delivery is delayed beyond 20 working days, the Customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the Customer or failure to pay applicable import charges (where relevant), and the goods are not returned to the Seller after reasonable attempts to resolve the issue, the Seller may retain the order amount.
6. Prices and Taxes
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom (if offered), import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply and are the Customer’s responsibility.
7. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order placement.
Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods made available at checkout.
Payment data is processed securely by third-party payment providers. The Seller does not store or access payment card details.
An order is considered accepted only once payment authorisation is received.
8. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
In addition to statutory rights, the Customer has the right to cancel their order within 30 days from the day the Products are received.
To exercise the right to cancel, the Customer must notify the Seller by email at contact-uk@weeplow.com.
Returned Products must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation notice, in original condition and packaging.
Returns are free of charge for UK orders. The Seller will provide a prepaid return method.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned Products or proof of return, using the original payment method.
Refunds exclude:
- Additional costs for express or non-standard delivery
- Diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the Products
9. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If Products are damaged or incorrect upon delivery, the Customer must notify the Seller within 3 days of receipt at contact-uk@weeplow.com, including photographs.
The Seller will arrange a free return and provide a replacement or refund.
10. Legal Guarantees and Commercial Warranty
10.1 Statutory Rights
Products are supplied in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The Customer is entitled to Products that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
10.2 Commercial Warranty
Gravity-fed water filters and stainless-steel reservoirs are covered by a 10-year commercial warranty from delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only and excludes:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use or maintenance
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, statutory rights.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or opportunity.
The Seller is not responsible for incompatibility with third-party products where such products are modified or discontinued by third parties.
12. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK data-protection law.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Customers should first contact the Seller at contact-uk@weeplow.com to attempt informal resolution.
The Seller is not obliged to participate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) but will consider ADR where appropriate. Customers may also pursue claims through the UK courts.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
UK courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to the Customer’s statutory rights.
